               Briefly stated, the complainant purchased an Air Conditioner Model CS-ZC15NKYQ, one wall outer unit stand and one stabilizer (4.0 KVA) from OP No.1 on 18.3.2013 by paying Rs.20,000/- vide Ann.C-1. The said AC was purchased by the complainant for her wedding and the same was to be installed at the premises of her in-laws in the end of April, 2013.            

 

2]              It is stated the person/Engineer from the Company went to the house of the complainant in Panchkula to install the AC, where it was lying separate from the packing material and he was told that the fins of outer unit of the AC are damaged.   Rest of the allegations have been denied with a prayer to dismiss the complaint.

8]             After going through the facts & circumstances of the case, hearing the parties and perusing the record, it has been made out that the complainant in order to prove her assertions and contentions got the AC in question inspected from an expert i.e. Engineer and Loss Assessor Mr.Pukhraj Singh.
