Heard. With reference to the prayer made in the Miscellaneous Applications (filed in each of the 4 revision petitions) bearing Nos. 351/2012, 352/2012, 353/2012 & 354/2012 (for clarification), it is hereby clarified and directed that further execution of the orders of the Fora below in the 4 revision petitions shall remain stayed until the further orders subject to the condition that the petitioner Bank shall not auction/sell the ornaments or dispose of the security furnished by the respondents/complainants in each case until the further orders. With this clarification, the Miscellaneous Applications stand disposed of. 2. Arguments were further heard. 3. Notice be also issued to the respondents returnable on 24.07.2012 (date already fixed), for admission hearing, subject to the petitioner remitting a sum of Rs.10,000/- directly by way of demand draft to the respondent, in each case, within four weeks in order to enable the respondents to meet a part of traveling costs, etc., associated with these proceedings. 4. The question whether the first loan was given to the respondents is kept open and the documents be produced on the next date of bearing. 5. It is brought to the notice that the State Commission has passed the divergent orders giving relief to some farmers and not giving relief to other farmers. 6. Order be given dasti by 1st June 2012, as prayed. |
