This is an appeal filed by the appellant U/s. 15 of the Consumer Protection Act to set aside 11^th.

The case of the complainant in brief is that the complainant purchased         Nellore  Nellore, as a result of which,  Nellore Nelloresince 2.8.2006. The complainant gave a representation to the office at Ongole about the accident. The Engineers estimated the damage at Rs.6,97,820/-. The opposite party   

The opposite party in its counter contended that the complainant did not  Nellore

The grounds of appeal are as follows :            

                   Apart from this, the damage was also assessed by M/s. M. G. Brothers. Nellore. The Appellant contended that the surveyor         the damaged parts are mentioned 161 in total.    filed any evidence to show that the spare parts were the cost as mentioned by him, whereas,
