This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite party attributing deficiency in their service on the ground that the vehicle was given to the opposite party for repairs on 15.11.2008 and after attending to the service and repairs the vehicle was to be delivered to the complainant. But, when the complainant went to take delivery of the vehicle, the vehicle did not start and complaint was given to the opposite party who examined it and found a component required for starting the vehicle was not working and told this complainant that should be replaced. Accordingly, the same was replaced and vehicle was found fit and was started. It is not in dispute that the new component is fitted in and old component is returned to the complainant and when the defect was rectified by opposite party in presence of the complainant, it cannot be called as deficiency, we find no merits in this complaint. As such it is dismissed at the stage of admission.
