Learned counsel for the parties have appeared.

A compromise (paper No. 63) has already been filed on record on dated 01.03.2024, which was accepted by both the parties to the appeal alongwith their counsel.

Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and respondent No. 3 have deposited the amount as agreed in the compromise vide draft No. 604541 dated 23.02.2024 of Punjab National Bank & draft No. 275303 dated 23.02.2024 of State Bank of India, which was received by the appellant.

As the compliance has been made by the respondents according to the terms and conditions of the above compromise, hence the appeal is decided accordingly in terms of compromise considering the full and final settlement.

A compromise (paper No. 63) shall form part of the decree. No order as to costs.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

                    A copy of this order alongwith compromise be sent to the District Commission concerned for perusal and necessary information.
