Order No.6 dated 01/02/2016.

J/dr files a petition for permitting him to deposit Rs.500/- and to re-call the W/A issued against him.

It appears that after payment of awarded amount, the J/dr was directed to deposit Rs.500/- as fine for non-compliance of the final order within due time. But the J/dr did not deposit the same and W/A issued against him.

Now he is paying for deposit the same.

The prayer is allowed.

The J/dr is permitted to deposit Rs.500/- and the same will be deposited to State Consumer Welfare Fund.

The J/dr has deposited Rs.500/-.

Let W/A issued against the J/dr, Padmanidhi Medical Stores be re-called.

The Execution Case No.32/2015 be dropped on full satisfaction.

Let copy of the order be sent to I/C, Kotwali P.S for information and necessary action.
