Per Sri A. Hazarath Rao, President:-

Complainant and opposite party called absent. No representation on behalf of complainant. Counsel for opposite parties reported ready. The Bunch clerk is directed to call the matter after lunch. Taken up after lunch. Complainant called. Absent. No representation on behalf of complainant. It is at the instance of complainant the case was adjourn to 2-04-14, 15-04-14, 02-05-14, 13-05-14, to get the matter settled or compromise. The opposite party filed calculation memo on 30-05-14 at the instance of the complainant. On 30-05-14 neither the complainant nor his counsel was present. Inspite of that this Forum adjourned the case to 04-06-14. The complainant's counsel on 04-06-14 again requested time. Considering the said request this Forum adjourned the case today liberally as the complainant wants to settle the matter. Even today the complainant is absent. Further there is no representation even though the matter is posted under the caption 'dismissal'. It therefore appears to us that the complainant has no interest to prosecute the case further. Hence dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
