          At this stage, counsel for the complainant suffered statement that in the reply, the opposite party No.3 New India Assurance Company has taken objection that either the complainant or opposite party No.1 has not filed any claim with them and complainant is ready to lodge claim now with the opposite party No.3. In view of the statement suffered by the counsel for the complainant, it is evident that instant complaint is pre mature and it cannot proceed further before this Forum. As such, instant complaint is disposed of with directions to the complainant to lodge claim within 15 days from receipt of copy of this order before the opposite party No.3 which shall settle the same within further period of one month therefrom. Copies of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
