                    Case called several times since morning.  It is now 2.20 p.m.  but nobody appeared on behalf of the complainant.  This case is pending since 24.08.2015 for the evidence of the complainant but the complainant despite availing a number of opportunities for a period of about 1 year has failed to adduce evidence.  From the perusal of the order sheet, we found that nobody is appearing on behalf of the complainant in this case since 30.10.2015.  Still the case was not dismissed in default.  Further adjournment is not justified.  The complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
