The matter has been taken up in the National Lok Adalat for amicable settlement. Statement of learned counsel for the complainant was already recorded to the effect that as per instructions of the complainant, the complainant has already moved to the Hon'ble Committee constituted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, for deciding the matter in question/refund of money. Therefore, keeping in view the possible settlement in the Hon'ble Committee he withdraws the present complaint.

In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the records.
