Application under Section 72 of Consumer Protection Act.

Present: Sh. Dheeraj Sachdeva, counsel for the DH.

                                             

                 Today the execution application is fixed for notice to the JDs. Notice could not be issued for want of correct address of the JDs.

      At this stage, learned counsel for the DH has suffered his separate statement to the effect that, the whereabouts of the JDs are not available with the DH and at this stage, he withdraws the present execution application with liberty to file a fresh as soon as DH get the proper whereabouts of the JDs.      

      In view of the above statement, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed. However, the DH is at liberty to file fresh execution application on trace out the correct address of the JDs, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
