Anita Devi aged about 40 years wife of Dilbag, resident of Village Chichrana, PO Ishrana, District Panipat now residing in village and Post Office Hassanpur, Tehsil Gharaunda, District Karnal.

1.       PACL India Limited, Durga Mandir Complex, 2^nd Floor, Karnal 132001 through its Managing Director.

2.       Shri Satyawan alias Satyawan Dutt son of Bhale Singh, resident of village Hassanpur, Tehsil Gharaunda, District Karnal.

 Present: None for complainant.

 

                 Today the case was fixed for issuance of notice to OPs. A careful perusal of the file would reveal that from the previous many dates learned counsel for complainant failed to supply the correct addresses of opposite parties for issuance of notice to them. Today none has appeared on behalf of complainant. Repeated calls given since morning till 04:00 p.m. but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It seems that the complainant is not interesting in pursing his case. No further wait is justified. Therefore, the present complaint is dismissed in default. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
