JUSTICE SRI.K.R.UDAYABHANU    : PRESIDENT

 

The appellant is the opposite party in  CC.287/07 in the file of CDRF, Kollam.  The appellants stood ex parte  before the Forum.  It is submitted that the  complainants counsel expired before filing the version and that the files were not returned.

In the circumstance order of the Forum is set aside on condition that the appellants pay a sum of Rs.1000/- towards cost to the complainant.  On payment of costs the Forum is directed to permit the appellants to file version and adduce evidence.

 The matter will stand posted before the Forum on 9.10.09.

Office is directed to transmit the copy of this order to the forum urgently.
