ORDER

Delay of 23 days in filing the revision petition is condoned.

We agree with the view taken by the fora below that as per Resolution passed by the Syndicate, the penalty was to be paid by the petitioner and not by the student.  Petitioner has made an effort to recover the penalty imposed upon it from the student, which was

wrong.  The fora below have rightly directed the petitioner to refund the amount of Rs.10,000/- charged from the respondent.  Dismissed.
