ORDER

Order dt.30/07/1992 Complainant present. Respondent absent. Complainant files an affidavit in support of his claim. Perused the same and complaint. He also files a bill and a letter addressed by Respondent No.1 to him. The claim of petition is perused. The complainant's claim is allowed as prayed. The respondent has to pay Rs.13,862/- plus interest on Rs.9,940/- at 12% from the date of filing the petition till today or till the date he pays the amount so ordered.
