Stated that I have received a cheque No. 212470 dated 20.1.2020 for Rs. 8,500/- (as litigation expenses and compensation awarded in this case) payable in the name of Jarnail Singh son of Dalip Singh applicant from the respondent and I do not want to pursue the present execution further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of ibid statement, the present execution is dismissed as withdrawn . File be consigned to record room. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules.
