Final Order / Judgement

 

          Today, Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that there is some technical defect in framing the complaint and the complainant does not want to proceed the present complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the defects at an appropriate commission/ court.”

          In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is permitted to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the defects, at an appropriate commission/ court as per law. Copy of file be consigned to record room. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules.
