Final Order / Judgement

 

          Sh. Pankaj Chawla Advocate filed power of attorney on behalf of complainant.         

Today Sh. Harjit Singh S.D.O PSPCL Manochal has made the following statement:-

“Stated that the opposite parties No. 1 to 3 have installed domestic electricity connection in the premises of the complainant permanently. Now no dispute remains between the complainant and opposite parties No. 1 to 3 regarding the matter in question qua the electricity connection.”

          Today, Sh. Pankaj Chawla Advocate counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that ‘Domestic Electricity Connection’ has been installed by the opposite parties No. 1 to 3 in the premises of the complainant permanently and today I have received a cheque No. 73869 dated 21.10.2024 payable in the name of Manbir Singh amounting to Rs. 25,000/- on behalf of complainant.  The complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint further and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.”

          In view of above statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
