Present:- None for the Complainant.

Case called several times but none for Complainant is present. Perusal of the record shows that complainant appeared on 09.05.2024 and on request of the complainant, the complaint was fixed for 16.05.2024 for preliminary hearing, but on 16.05.2024, 21.05.2024 & today i.e. on 27.05.2024 neither the complainant nor anybody else on his behalf has appeared in the Commission. It seems that the complainant is not interested in persuing his complaint. Therefore, the present complaint is disposed of for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the record room.
