Today the case was fixed for filing reply to the application by the opposite parties No. 1 and 2 and at this stay and at this stage, the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that the matter has been compromised between the parties and I do not want to pursue the present complaint further and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.”

In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromise. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. After completion, file be consigned to record room.
