ORDER

This complaint was filed by the complainant against the PSEB regarding electric connection bering No 45/1536. In this case. statements of counsel for the partties recorded on 17.7.2007 and in view of the statements of counsel for parties, the mount of Rs.27,676/-for current consumpyion charges had already been paid by the complainant to the opposite parties and the bill dated 28.7.2006 has been corrected by the opposite parties. No more controversy survives between the parties and as such complaint is decided in terms of the statement of parties with no order as to cost. File be consigned to the record room.
