As per office report, notice issued to Respondent No.1 has been received back with the postal remarks “unclaimed” and Respondent No.2 has been served.

In view of the said report, both the Respondents are treated as served.

In the absence of any opposition to the application and the fact that it is supported by an affidavit filed by the Chief Manager of the Applicant Bank as also letter dated 05.02.2016 issued by the Assistant Registrar of this Commission to the Bank, wherein it is stated that a sum of ₹1,03,277.92 has been released to the Complainant, the application is allowed.  As the amount payable to the Complainant, in terms of orders passed by the State Commission, stands paid, the Execution proceedings against the Bank are directed to be closed.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
