Today Sh. Harpreet Singh Branch Manager appeared in person and has stated that two installments have been returned/ refunded to the applicant/ Narinder Kaur and has also submitted statement to this respect in this Commission. Ld. counsel for the applicant has also accepted that two installments have been refunded to the applicant by respondent No. 1. The installments which have been deducted by the respondent No.1 has been refunded/ returned to the applicant, therefore, the present application has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
