          The appellant is the complainant in CC.48/10 in the file of CDRF, Pathanamthitta.  The appeal is filed over the  interim order in IA.227/11 finding that the complaint is barred by limitation.

          2. We find that the order is not a speaking one.  The Forum is directed to see that the reasons for the order is mentioned in the order.  It is elementary for a quasi judicial form to pass orders mentioning the reasons supporting the order.   The Forum is directed to see  that such instances are not repeated as it amounts to a dis-service to the consumers.   The matter is remitted back to the Forum.  The Forum will hear both sides afresh and dispose   of question involved by a reasoned order.  The matter stands posted before the Forum on 25.5.11.

          The office will forward the copy of this order to the Forum.
