This Case record is taken up today on the strength of an application filed by the complainant stating that the dispute between the Parties have been settled amicably out of court and hence the complainant does not want to proceed with this case against the Ops. He prayed to close this case.

                Heard, In view of above facts, we dismissed the case of the complainant since amicably settled. Pronounced in the open Forum on this the 21^st day of June, 2018. Issue free copy to the Parties
