JUSTICE SHRI.K.R.UDAYABHANU:  PRESIDENT

          The judgment debtor has filed an objection contending that the EA is not maintainable in law, as the judgment has been signed only by the Judicial Member.  The objection is overruled.  We find that the bench consisted of only the Judicial Member.  Further we find that the above is not a matter to be taken up not in the Execution Court.

          Issue certificate for Revenue Recovery and dispatch the same to the District Collector, Ernakulam.  EA is closed.
