O R D E R 

 

By Sri.Vinay Menon V., President  

 

1.         The complainant,  aggrieved by the repudiation of his  self settled third party claim, has filed this complaint seeking reimbursement of the amounts expended by him.

2.         Subsequent to filing of the complaint, the complainant  has been continuously absent except for negligible presence once or twice. He was given time for filing proof affidavit from 29/02/2020 but till date he has not filed his proof affidavit. Furthermore there is no representation for him either.

 

 

3.         Hence we presume that the complainant is not interested in proceeding with the complaint. The complaint therefore stands dismissed.

            Pronounced in open court on this the 31st day of December,  2021.
