                   Applicant Sh.Virinder Kumar Sharma had suffered a statement on 1.6.15 that his refrigerator has been duly repaired by the respondent, as per his satisfaction. As such, he withdraws the present execution application being satisfied. But on that date quorum was not complete, as such case was adjourned for today for passing appropriate order. In view of statement suffered by applicant Sh.Virinder Kumar Sharma on 1.6.15, the present execution application stands dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record room.
