ORDER

Final order dated 02.11.2015

The complainant files a case u/s 12 of C.P. Act, 1986 praying for refund of Rs.12,066/- with interest against the Ops.

The case is conducted by the brother Saibur Rahaman of the complainant Ujlefa Khatun  being duly authorized by the complainant who has filed the required authorization letter.

The Op No.1 files written version along with few documents.

Sabur Rahaman , younger brother of the complainant and he is duly  authorized person to represent the case.

The said representative has filed a petition on 30.10.11 praying for withdrawal of the case as the complainant has already got the P.F  dues of Rs.12,066/- and in support of that he filed a Xerox copy of the Pass Book of Postal Department being No. 1058011 showing deposit of the said amount of Rs.12066 in favour of the complainant.

The said withdrawal petition has been put up today and the same has been taken up for hearing.

The duly authorized representative of the OP is present today. He has also submits before the Forum that they have paid the said dues of Rs.12066/- in favour of the complainant.

Now, it is clear from the petition filed by the representative of the complainant along with the     relevant Postal  Pass Book that they do not want to proceed further with the case and prayed for withdrawal of the case as they have  already received  the dues as to P.F. Contribution of Rs.12066/- from the OP.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case we find the matter has been settled voluntarily and as such we find the case be disposed of finally being withdrawn.

                Hence,

                                                                      Ordered

that the Consumer Complaint No. 97/2015 be and the same is disposed of finally being withdrawn.
