Complainant is along with here A/R  is present and also represent to Op.No.2&3. Both parties filed a compromise petition date 30.06.2020 stating that the both parties have settle their disputes out of  Court and Complainant being fully satisfied with the settlement, dose not want to proceed with the case further against the Ops.

 It is ascertained from the said compromise petition dated 30.06.2020 and submission of the parties present that in the instant case both parties have mutually settled their dispute out of Court and both parties have given consent to that effect and also Complainant dose not want to proceed against the Ops further.

Considering the compromise petition dated 30.06.2020 we are inclined to close the case. Accordingly the case is disposed off.
