ORDER

27.11.17.                    None for the petitioner.

 

                                    No PF has been paid despite grant of opportunities on number of times and also on imposition of cost.  Cost has also not been deposited.

                                    Since the revision was barred by 5 months and 20 days on 9.2.2017 the petitioner was directed to furnish PF within 3 days for issuing notice to respondent.  However, PF has not been furnished till date.  The case was listed thereafter on 9.6.2017, but none appeared and has furnished PF.  On 26.7.2017 counsel for the petitioner appeared and prayed for one more opportunity.  By impositing cost of Rs.500/- further 7 days time was granted.  Despite that no PF has been furnished.  On 25.9.2017 and 17.10.2017 none has appeared for the petitioner.  Today also none has appeared.  It appears that petitioner is not interested in pursuing this revision.  The revision is therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
