This appeal is coming on before us for hearing today, this commission made the following order in open court :-

Both present. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing a joint memo of compromise has been filed signed by both the parties stating that the matter has been settled between the parties. The appellant and 1st respondent stated in the joint memo of compromise, that he has no objection to withdraw the mandatory deposit of Rs.25,000/- to the appellant.
In view of the compromise memo, this appeal is disposed off.
Registry is directed to discharge the mandatory deposit of Rs.25,000/- along with accrued interest to the appellant/3rd opposite party.
Joint memo of compromise shall form part of the order.
