Rayaguru are present.   Inspite of notice dt.19/04/2022 of this Commission, the appellant has not appeared before this Commission on 24/11/2022 and 09/12/2022. Today also appellant is absent.   Hence, the Appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
