          This consumer complaint coming up before us on 28.10.2021 for appearance of both and for arguments this Commission made the following:-                                            

Docket order

            No representation for both. This complaint is posted today for appearance and for filing proof affidavit of complainant. When the matter was called at 10.30 a.m both parties are not present hence, passed over and called again at 12.15 pm, then also the parties had not appeared and also not filed proof affidavit. Hence keeping the appeal pending is of no use as parties are not interested in prosecuting the case.

Hence the complaint is dismissed for default. No order as to cost.
