ORDER
SMT. R. SATHI: MEMBER
A compromise petition signed by the complainant and opposite party has been filed before this Forum while the case was posted for settlement. Accordingly this order is passed as settled by the parties on the following terms agreed between them.
- The above mentioned case is settled by both parties by agreeing to pay a total amount of Rs. 8,59,898/- in 8 equal installments.
- The first payment for Rs. 1,07,500/- is paid on 02.05.2015.
- The balance amount will be paid in 2nd day of each month by post dated cheques of Rs. 1,07,500/- each to the complainant.
- Total 7 post dated cheques of No. 903796, 97,98,99,903800, 01,02 of SBT, Vazhuthacaud Branch for Rs. 1,07,500/- for each month is handed over today.
- If the opposite party failed to honour any one of those cheques the complainant has every right to file execution petition before this Forum for balance amount with interest.
- If the cheques issued by the opposite party bounces the complainant has the right to file 138 case against opposite party.
Hence complaint is disposed off as settled above.
