AWARD

1.        Vide his separate statement recorded on 12.05.2023, Sh.Suresh Gaur, Counsel for OP No.2 has stated that as a goodwill gesture, the matter has been settled between the parties with the term that OP No.2 will give the services of Ozi Gym & Spa situated at Phase-9, Mohali, to the complainant free of cost starting from 15.05.2023 for a period of 18 months. Vide his separate statement recorded on 12.05.2023, Sh.Harkirat Singh Romana, Complainant in person has admitted the aforesaid statement of counsel for OP No.2 and prayed that the complaint be disposed off in terms of aforesaid settlement.

2.        In view of the aforesaid statements and in terms of the settlement, the complaint stands disposed off by passing the following order:-

     “The OP No.2 is directed to provide services of Ozi Gym &     Spa situated at Phase-9, Mohali, to the complainant free      of cost starting from 15.05.2023 for a period of 18    months.”

3.        The award is accordingly passed.

4.        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
