Today is fixed for hearing on admission point. It is from the record that on dt. 03.09.2024 this Commission passed an order for filing report by the Registrar of this Commission. Today the Registrar of this Commission has filed a report which reflects that after filing the case the complainant never made any communication with this Commission neither files requisite documents.

It is time now 1.10 p.m. neither the Complainant nor any representative from the side of the Complainant is found present.

On going through the report received from the Registrar of this Commission it is easily presume that the Complainant in not at all interested to proceed with this Case.

Hence, it is

That the instant case C.C. No. 74 of 2024 be and the same is dismissed at the time of admission hearing due to non-appearance.
