Present:       None for the complainant.

                    Case called several times since morning.  It is now 2.40 p.m.  but none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  This complaint was filed by the complainant on 17.01.2012, and since then it is pending for notice to the Ops for want of correct address and registered covers etc.  The complainant after availing a number of opportunities over a span of more than 3 years and 6 months has failed to furnish correct address of the Ops and registered covers for service of Ops.  For the last several hearings none is appearing on behalf of the complainant.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.  No further adjournment is justified.  Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
