14.11.2017 : x x x x x x x.  Perused the record.  A/R for complainant on dated 03.11.2017 filed a memo stating that the complainant does not want to proceed with the case as the disputes between the parties have already been solved.

In view of the above settlement on the basis of the memo dated 03.11.2017, we are inclined to drop the case as not pressed.
