The Ld. Agents of both parties are present.

No W/V is filed by the O.P today. So the case is fixed for ex-parte hearing.

To 10/01/2012 for filing Evidence in chief by the Complainant.

Later -

At this stage the Complainant by filing a petition prays for dismissing the case on the ground that his claim is already satisfied.

The Ld. Agents of the Complainant and the O.P are present and they submitted that the case may be dismissed on the basis of the prayer of the petition filed by the Complainant.

Considered the petition including prayer and it is found that the claim of the Complainant is satisfied already and accordingly the petition is accepted and final order is passed.

Hence,

           Ordered,

                          That the present case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
