                    Today Ld. counsel on behalf of complainant and Opposite Party No. 1&2 moved an application to compromise effected between both of them. Today Shri Naveen Sangwan, Proprietor of OSCAR Super speciality Hospital of OP No. 1 & 2 recorded his statement separately that settlement has been made with the complainant  in Rs.1,20,000/- and mode of payment of this amount is one cheque amounting to Rs.80,000/- and Rs.40,000/- in cash ready to make to the complainant. Ld.  Counsel for the complainant also recorded his statement separately that Settlement has been made with the Op No. 1 & 2 and received a cheque no. 306281 dated 20.09.2019 amounting to Rs.80,000/- and Rs.40,000/- in case and do not continue any legal proceeding against the Op No.1 & 2 and withdraw the complaint being fully satisfied.

                   Heard.  Keeping in view the statement recorded by Ld. Counsel on behalf of complainant and opposite party no. 1 & 2, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   File be consigned to record room being fully satisfied.
