A C.C.Case No.26/2009 was filed by the complainant praying for settlement of insurance claim by the Opp.Party and subsequently order was passed by this Forum directing the Opp.Party to pay the insurance claim amount to the complainant. But the Opp.Party did not comply the order of the Forum in time. After that the complainant filed E.A.Case bearing No.01/2019 U/S-25 & 27 of the C.P.Act to settle the insurance amount of the complainant by the Opp.Party and show cause notice was issued to the Opp.Party for compliance of the order. After that the Opp.Party complied the matter and issued two nos. of Cheque bearing No. 327925 & 327926 dtd 04.12.2019 of Axix Bank amounting to Rs.1,45.000/-& Rs. 15,000/- in favour of the Petitioner and prays to drop the proceeding here. Today the Petitioner received the cheques issued by the Opp.Party and fully satisfied and prays this Forum to drop the proceeding here. We heard the Memo of the Petitioner and allow the memo and accordingly the E.A.Case  is dropped today.
