Sh.Major Singh, applicant got recorded his statement countersigned by his counsel Sh.S.S.Salaria,Adv.that he has not received cheque No.561005 for an amount of Rs.144661/- dt.17.9.2015 drawn on Punjab National Bank, Queens road,Amritsar uptil now. He will indemnify the insurance company if the said cheque is misused by him. Alternatively, he has received two cheques bearing No.395145 dt.29.12.2015 for Rs.127000/- and cheque No.395155 dt.29.12.2015 for Rs.17661/- drawn on Punjab National Bank, Queens Road, Amritsar, total amount Rs.144661/- and he withdrew the present execution application being fully satisfied. Resultantly, present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
