ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. The question is whether complainant's further claim attract section 2(1) (d) (I) and (II) of the Consumer Protection Act? If so, whether his claim has been finally settled by the respondent? No complainant has no remedy. The relationship between the complainant (the receipient of service) and the respondent (Providing of service) came to an end when his claim by consent in the way of executing a discharge voucher was finally settled discharging of all liabilities under the policy by the insurer. It is evident that the action of the complainant in approaching this Forumk with his complaint is a after though in order to bolster a further claim against the respondent. Therefore we dismi9ss the petition with direction to pay the court cost of Rs.250/- to the opposite party by the complainant.
