Complainant  is   absent today  . Opp.  Party   no-3   is   present today    . Opp.  party   no-1  &  2   are   absent   today.

           We    have   found   that     although   the   opp.  party  no-3    was    present   on   10/5/2023   but   inadvertently  an    order   was   passed   ,it is  corrected today     showing    his   presence   on  10/5/2023.

           Today   , this   case   has   been   fixed   for   filing    written   statement   by the   opp.  party  no-2   and   necessary  order.

           We  have    found  that   complainant  was   absent    on   23/12/2022,  14/2/2023, 31/3/2023   &   20/6/2023. 

           We  are  of the   view  that   complainant   is  not   interested   to  proceed    with   his  case   and   accordingly   , the   case   is dismissed    for default.
