           Ms.Sangeeta Moharir, learned counsel for the complainant.

           Shri R.Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party.

           Heard learned counsel for the parties.

           Feeling aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the opposite party, in not deciding its claim for compensation, the complainant has filed this complaint.

           Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that in view of the fact that the complainant did not submit the requisite documents, the   claim could not be decided.  He submits that if the complainant submits the documents as required by the opposite party the claim will be decided expeditiously.

             In view of the aforesaid we dispose of the complaint by directing the opposite party to give details as to what further documents the opposite party requires to adjudicate the claim of the complainant.  Let this be done by the opposite party within one month from receipt of the copy of this order.  On receipt of the same, the complainant shall submit the documents as may be required, within 15 days from the date of receipt of said intimation.  On receipt of the documents as may be supplied by the complainant, the opposite party – Insurance Co. shall decide the claim on merits within one month, in accordance with law.

               All the contentions of the parties are kept open. 

                  The complaint is disposed of.
