ORDER

At an earlier point of time, the complainant had filed consumer complaint bearing No.80 of 2016 before State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab, which was got dismissed as withdrawn on 21.04.2016. The said order reads thus:-

“In view of the statement of the Counsel for the complainant which has been separately recorded, the complainant is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the rights of the complainant to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action with better particulars by annexing therewith the relevant documents.”

 

                   However, instead of filing this complaint again in the Punjab State Commission, with better particulars, the matter has been brought before us.

                   We are not going to entertain this complaint because jurisdiction lies with the Punjab State Commission. It be filed before the said Commission.

                   Faced with this situation, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint, with liberty to file it before the proper Commission.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   On filing one photocopy of the complete paper-book by the Counsel for the complainant, with the office of this Commission, all the three original files be returned to the Counsel for the complainant, against proper receipt. Needful be done within one week from today.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
