Satnam Singh Versus OIC.

 

Present:       None for the complainant.

                   Shri Rajesh Singhal, Advocate for the OP No.1.

                   Shri Tejpal Chaudhary, Advocate for the OP No.2.

                   Shri Gaurav Bathla, Project Officer for the OP No.3.

                                     

                   Today, the case was fixed for appearance of complainant as well as for evidence of complainant. However, case has been called several times since morning, but complainant failed to appear before the Commission, either, in person or through any advocate, up to 02:30 PM. Further wait is unjustified. On the last date of hearing i.e. 07.03.2022, complainant was also failed to appear before this Commission, either, in person or through any Advocate. Non-appearance of complainant on today as well as on the last date of hearing, means, complainant is no more interested in pursuing the present complaint, therefore, the present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. However, in the interest of natural justice, permission is granted to the complainant to file afresh complaint, if he so desires or advised. Certified copy of this order be supply to the parties concerned, as per rules and file be consigned to the records, after due compliance.
