                   Today Ld. counsel on behalf of Complainant-DH recorded his statement separately that he does not want to continue with the present execution petition and withdraw the same and permission to file fresh complaint may kindly be granted.  Heard, Keeping in view the statement recorded by the Complainant-DH the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn and permission is granted to the DH to file the execution afresh as per rule.

                   File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
