Present:       Sh.Ram Kumar Jain, Partner of M/s Kay Pee & Company/applicant

       alongwith counsel Sh.Naveen Gupta, Advocate.

                   Sh.Rajeev Abhi, Advocate for respondent.

                   The perusal of the record reveals that respondents have already deposited the amount of Rs.2,66,887/- in the name of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Ludhiana. The same was deposited in the relevant account of this Forum for preparing the FDR. Concerned clerk of this office has reported that no stay order received till date. The perusal of the record further reveals that respondents have deposited this amount in full and final compliance of the order dated 20.10.14 passed by Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh for disbursement to the applicant/decree holder.

                   Sh.Ram Kumar Jain, Partner of M/s Kay Pee & Company alongwith counsel Sh.Naveen Gupta, Adv. has come present and has suffered a statement that he is ready to receive the amount of Rs.2,66,887/- deposited by the respondents as full and final settlement and in compliance of the order dated 20.10.14 passed by Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh and he does not want to proceed with the present execution application and the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   In view of statement suffered by Sh.Ram Kumar Jain, Partner of M/s Kay Pee & Company alongwith counsel Sh.Naveen Gupta, Adv. the present execution application stands dismissed as fully satisfied. However, the FDR of the abovesaid amount be released to the applicant/decree holder against proper receipt and verification. File be consigned to record room.
